Ryan has his finger on the pulse of every aspect of Wiedmayer & Co., overseeing the development and implementation of the company’s strategic direction. He focuses on developing relationships, expanding the company, and exploring new opportunities. A licensed real estate agent for many years, Ryan has extensive experience in leasing, property management, facilities maintenance, development, and investment services.

Terry Feldman

CFO

Mr. Feldman supports the firm in multiple roles. He manages the overall performance of the properties including developing leasing and marketing strategies, budgeting and tracking operating expenses and capital expenditures, and reporting financial results to management. He joined Wiedmayer + Co in March, 2019 and serves as Chief Financial Officer and asset manager.
